Toujours est-il que selon deux \u00e9tudes anglo-saxonnes, la <a href=\"\/conseils\/programme-musculation-prise-masse-seche\/\"><strong>musculation<\/strong><\/a> aiderait \u00e0 arr\u00eater de fumer !<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Se muscler pour ne plus fumer<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Selon le Dr Ciccolo, la musculation est une activit\u00e9 comme une autre pour aider les fumeurs \u00e0 sortir de leurs mauvaises habitudes. Un \u00e9tude a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e sur des hommes et des femmes \u00e0 l&rsquo;h\u00f4pital de Miriam dans Rhode-Island, USA. Elle a montr\u00e9 que le groupe faisant de la musculation est deux fois plus susceptible d&rsquo;arr\u00eater de fumer. Il y aurait deux raisons: la premi\u00e8re parce que l&rsquo;exercice de type a\u00e9robie pourrait diminuer l&rsquo;envie de fumer et <a href=\"\/56-bruleurs-de-graisse\"><strong>favoriser le contr\u00f4le du poids<\/strong><\/a><strong>.&nbsp;<\/strong>Et la seconde sans doute parce qu&rsquo;il faut bien trouver un truc auquel se raccrocher ! Dans une seconde \u00e9tude de la Brown University, publi\u00e9e dans la revue Nicotine &amp; Tobacco Research, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9montr\u00e9 qu&rsquo;un programme de musculation de 12 semaines dans le cadre d&rsquo;un sevrage tabagique doublait les chances de r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 s&rsquo;arr\u00eater !
