Elles deviennent vite indispensables et on n\u2019est pas au top pour s\u2019entrainer si on ne les a pas, quand on commence \u00e0 s&rsquo;y habituer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La ceinture<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Il existe <a href=\"\/64-ceintures\"><strong>diff\u00e9rents types de ceinture<\/strong><\/a>, plus ou moins souple ou rigide. Les plus rigides sont \u00e0 privil\u00e9gier pour un renfort lombaire pour ex\u00e9cuter les <strong><a href=\"\/conseils\/entrainement\/exercices-musculation\/fessiers\/\">exercices de squats et de fessiers<\/a><\/strong>. Les plus souples sont \u00e0 r\u00e9server \u00e0 la presse \u00e0 cuisse car il faut pouvoir faire la flexion au maximum. Il faut serrer au maximum les <a href=\"\/66-bandes-de-protection\"><strong>protections de genoux<\/strong><\/a> avant de commencer la s\u00e9rie des cuisses et de jambes. Il faut conserver cette pression toute la s\u00e9rie puis desserrer les bandes de genoux juste apr\u00e8s pour permettre au sang de circuler normalement et r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer entre deux s\u00e9ries. Serrer fortement, cela veut dire au point qu\u2019on ne ne doit pas pouvoir marcher normalement avec les bandes ajust\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les protections de poignet<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme les protections de genoux, il faut les serrer suffisamment pour \u00e9viter l\u2019\u00e9cartement des os au niveau des coudes et se prot\u00e9ger contre les tendinites, en cas d&rsquo;<strong><a href=\"\/conseils\/entrainement\/programme-musculation-fitness\/\">entrainement tr\u00e8s lourd et intense<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les accessoires de tirage, crochets<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En tirant la charge, une forte traction \u00e0 forte charge peut t\u00e9taniser le muscle aux avant-bras et limite l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 du mouvement en ne permettant pas de poursuivre la s\u00e9rie jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la fin.<br>Avec les <strong>crochets de barre<\/strong> par exemple, on \u00e9vitera que les muscles soient t\u00e9tanis\u00e9s, on aura une meilleure prise de la barre et un entrainement plus intensif.
