Non seulement ils sont riches en anti-oxydants, utiles pour les sports engendrant un gros stress comme la&nbsp;musculation, mais en plus ils apportent des glucides de bonne qualit\u00e9. Dans cette cat\u00e9gorie, on trouve : baies de goji, argousier, myrtilles, cranberries, acai, noni, framboises, cassis\u2026 la grenade, le yuzu ou encore l&rsquo;ac\u00e9rola font \u00e9galement partie de ces <a href=\"\/373-super-aliments\"><strong>superfood<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">Pourquoi il en faut ? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Plus on est sportif,&nbsp; et qu&rsquo;on s&rsquo;entraine dur, plus on produit de<strong> radicaux libres (stress oxydatif)<\/strong> et les besoins en anti-oxydants sont sup\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 la moyenne. Ils boostent le syst\u00e8me immunitaire et vous prot\u00e8gent des agressions des radicaux libres, de l&rsquo;inflammation, et m\u00eame du diab\u00e8te et du cholest\u00e9rol\u2026<br>Il faut, certes, \u00e9viter les fruits les plus sucr\u00e9s comme certains fruits exotiques. Ces recherches ont \u00e9t\u00e9 appliqu\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;homme et ont montr\u00e9 l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 antioxydante des baies de Goji.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">Des super-baies pour votre sant\u00e9 <\/h2>\n\n\n<div class=\"columns-push-product\">\n  <div class=\"columns-push-product__body\">\n    \n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">\n\nLes myrtilles ont \u00e9galement montr\u00e9 le potentiel des polyph\u00e9nols contre le stress oxydatif lors d&rsquo;\u00e9tudes in vitro (au contact des cellules), mais on ne connaissait pas trop l&rsquo;impact de la digestion sur les polyph\u00e9nols en cas d&rsquo;administration voie orale.
