{"id":913,"date":"2011-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2010-12-31T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/musculation-tremblement-parkinson,fr,8,195.html"},"modified":"2019-07-29T16:58:42","modified_gmt":"2019-07-29T14:58:42","slug":"musculation-tremblement-parkinson","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fitadium.com\/conseils\/musculation-tremblement-parkinson\/","title":{"rendered":"La musculation lutte contre les tremblements !"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1600\" height=\"860\" src=\"\/conseils\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/vignette-TGF.jpg\" alt=\"The Good fit sport et alimentation pour les sportifs\" class=\"wp-image-33911\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Si vous tremblez sous la barre, ne soyez pas inquiet, car la musculation am\u00e9liore les sympt\u00f4mes de Parkinson.<br>Une r\u00e9cente \u00e9tude \u00e9tablit que la musculation pratiqu\u00e9e pendant deux ans am\u00e9liore de fa\u00e7on significative les sympt\u00f4mes moteurs de la maladie de Parkinson, comme les tremblements, et ce mieux que ne le ferait les exercices d\u2018\u00e9quilibre et d&rsquo;\u00e9tirements.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exercice contre tremblements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9tude comparant les deux formes d&rsquo;exercice vient d&rsquo;\u00eatre publi\u00e9e et fera l&rsquo;objet d&rsquo;une pr\u00e9sentation \u00e0 l&rsquo;Acad\u00e9mie Am\u00e9ricaine de Neurologie lors de l&rsquo;assembl\u00e9e annuelle de la Nouvelle Orl\u00e9ans le 21 avril 2012.<br>On savait d\u00e9j\u00e0 que l&rsquo;exercice physique \u00e9tait b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour ces malades, ce qui est nouveau c&rsquo;est de constater que l&rsquo;exercice physique avec halt\u00e8res am\u00e9liore les sympt\u00f4mes \u00e0 long terme. 48 personnes au total, divis\u00e9es en deux groupes soumis \u00e0 des types d&rsquo;exercices diff\u00e9rents, \u00e0 raison d&rsquo;une heure, deux fois par semaine pendant deux ans. En mesurant la s\u00e9v\u00e9rit\u00e9 des sympt\u00f4mes moteurs, dont les tremblements, tous les 6 mois, et sans prise de m\u00e9dicaments. Si les deux formes d&rsquo;exercices ont bien r\u00e9duit les sympt\u00f4mes d\u00e8s les 6 premiers mois, le groupe musculation a vu ses scores largement am\u00e9lior\u00e9s au bout de deux ans, alors que le groupe \u00e9quilibre et \u00e9tirements est rest\u00e9 au m\u00eame niveau que celui du d\u00e9but.<br>Selon les chercheurs, ces r\u00e9sultats offrent un nouvel \u00e9l\u00e9ment de traitement pour g\u00e9rer au mieux la maladie de Parkinson, que les patients se doivent de mettre en pratique pour am\u00e9liorer leur confort de vie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par ailleurs, la fonction musculaire, alt\u00e9r\u00e9e par la maladie de Parkinson, se traduit par une plus grande fatigue, une perte de force et de masse musculaire.
