{"id":914,"date":"2012-02-28T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2012-02-28T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/musculation-vivre-longtemps,fr,8,379.html"},"modified":"2019-07-26T10:14:52","modified_gmt":"2019-07-26T08:14:52","slug":"musculation-vivre-longtemps","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fitadium.com\/conseils\/musculation-vivre-longtemps\/","title":{"rendered":"La musculation permet-elle de vivre plus longtemps ?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"\/conseils\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/kal-visuals-s_o1gLvLMyo-unsplash.jpg\" alt=\"Homme muscl\u00e9 torse nu en ext\u00e9rieur\" class=\"wp-image-40664\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Et si \u00eatre muscl\u00e9 permettait de vivre plus longtemps ?<b>&nbsp;<\/b>Cela donnerait encore une bonne raison de <strong><a href=\"\/conseils\/guide-objectif\/commencer-la-musculation\/\">se mettre \u00e0 la musculation<\/a><\/strong>.&nbsp;Une \u00e9tude su\u00e9doise \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle portant sur plus d&rsquo;un million d&rsquo;adolescents a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que la force musculaire est li\u00e9e \u00e0 une long\u00e9vit\u00e9 accrue tandis que la faiblesse musculaire accroit le risque de d\u00e9c\u00e8s pr\u00e9matur\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les causes de d\u00e9c\u00e8s par maladie cardio-vasculaire sont compr\u00e9hensibles mais celles de suicide \u00e9tonnent quelque peu. L&rsquo;\u00e9quipe de chercheurs pense que <strong>la force musculaire refl\u00e8te la forme physique g\u00e9n\u00e9rale,<\/strong> ce qui expliquerait le lien entre faiblesse et faible estime de soi.<br>Cette \u00e9tude a compar\u00e9 la force des participants au niveau, du genou, du mollet, du coude, du&nbsp; bras et de la force de pr\u00e9hension, et ceci, \u00e0 partir de 16 ans. Cette \u00e9tude a dur\u00e9 24 ans et a permis de faire le lien entre la force et la mortalit\u00e9. Au cours de ces ann\u00e9es, 2,3% des participants sont d\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9s et la principale cause de d\u00e9c\u00e8s \u00e9tait principalement dans l&rsquo;ordre, une blessure accidentelle, suivie par le suicide, le cancer, les maladies cardiaques et l&rsquo;AVC.<br>Il s&rsquo;av\u00e8re que les adolescents ayant fait preuve d&rsquo;<strong><a href=\"\/conseils\/raisons-empechent-gagner-masse\/\">une plus grande force musculaire<\/a><\/strong>, ont eu un risque moindre de d\u00e9c\u00e8s sur toutes les causes identifi\u00e9es sauf le cancer. Les risques les plus diminu\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 les risques cardio-vasculaires et le suicide, qui totalisent chacun pr\u00e8s de 30% de d\u00e9c\u00e8s en moins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cela montre que la faiblesse musculaire est une cause accrue de d\u00e9c\u00e8s chez les jeunes adultes et qu&rsquo;il faut <a href=\"\/conseils\/entrainement\/programme-musculation-fitness\/\"><strong>se mettre \u00e0 l&rsquo;entrainement de force<\/strong><\/a> d\u00e8s l&rsquo;adolescence pour inverser la tendance, et am\u00e9liorer de fa\u00e7on s\u00fbre&nbsp; bien-\u00eatre et estime de soi, m\u00eame s&rsquo;il n&rsquo;est pas prouv\u00e9 que l&rsquo;exercice \u00e0 long terme augmente \u00e0 proprement parler l&rsquo;esp\u00e9rance de vie !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\">Source Health editor, BBC News : BMJ 2012;345:e7279 online November 20 2012 Muscular strength in male adolescents and premature death: cohort study of one million participants.
