On vous dit tout!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Je ne me repose que tr\u00e8s peu dans l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e car j&rsquo;ai peur de r\u00e9gresser !<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00e0 aussi on est face \u00e0 une crainte tr\u00e8s r\u00e9pandue. Il est tellement difficile d&rsquo;avoir des r\u00e9sultats visibles qu&rsquo;on craint d&rsquo;<strong><a href=\"\/conseils\/arreter-musculation\/\">arr\u00eater la<\/a><\/strong><a href=\"\/conseils\/arreter-musculation\/\"> <\/a><strong><a href=\"\/conseils\/arreter-musculation\/\">musculation<\/a><\/strong> ne serait-ce qu&rsquo;une semaine. Au contraire, ne pas se reposer durant un court intervalle, au moins tous les 4 mois est une erreur qui va vous conduire directement au sur-entrainement ! Le sur entrainement est plus fr\u00e9quent que le manque d&rsquo;entrainement, car on est tellement motiv\u00e9s, on a tellement envie de progresser qu&rsquo;on a tendance \u00e0 en faire trop, \u00e0 sur-solliciter les muscles. <strong><a href=\"\/conseils\/surentrainement-musculation\/\">Le surentrainement se caract\u00e9rise par une fatigue persistante<\/a><\/strong>, une baisse de l&rsquo;app\u00e9tit et de l&rsquo;humeur. Plus grave : il conduit in\u00e9vitablement \u00e0 une baisse des performances, une r\u00e9duction de la masse musculaire et \u00e0 la blessure. Donc le contraire de ce que vous recherchez, sans doute, <a href=\"\/76-prendre-de-la-masse\"><strong>le gain de masse musculaire<\/strong><\/a>. Reposez-vous r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement au moins une semaine.
