On soup\u00e7onne le glutamate d&#8217;emp\u00eacher la leptine de faire son travail d&rsquo;hormone,&nbsp; c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire de mod\u00e9rer l&rsquo;app\u00e9tit. Or, quand la connexion de cette hormone avec le cerveau est rompue, on a toujours faim\u2026<br> La Food &amp; Drug Administration le consid\u00e8re comme un aliment sain, et \u00e0 notre niveau europ\u00e9en, pas de panique, mais attention \u00e0 ne pas surconsommer de plats chinois, au risque que ce soit parfois pire que le Mac Do !<br> Quelques exemple : Porc aigre-doux 1300 cal, Poulet au citron : 1400 cal, L\u00e9gumes au tofu 900 cal !
