Cela tombe bien car beaucoup de gens int\u00e8grent ces deux types d&rsquo;exercices dans leurs s\u00e9ances d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement, mais pas forc\u00e9ment dans cet ordre-l\u00e0.<\/strong><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les r\u00e9sultats de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Une \u00e9tude de l&rsquo;universit\u00e9 de Navarre en Espagne a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitadium.com\/62-anabolisants-naturels\"><strong>testost\u00e9rone <\/strong><\/a>a augment\u00e9 davantage quand le cardio a \u00e9t\u00e9 fait avant l&rsquo;entrainement avec halt\u00e8res que lorsque l&rsquo;entrainement avec halt\u00e8res a \u00e9t\u00e9 fait avant le cardio.<br>Cette \u00e9tude a examin\u00e9 deux groupes, l&rsquo;un soumis \u00e0 30 mn d&rsquo;exercice cardio sur ergocycle puis \u00e0 3 s\u00e9ries de 8 reps d&rsquo;exercices de musculation, l&rsquo;autre groupe commen\u00e7ant par les exercices de&nbsp; musculation. Leur taux de testost\u00e9rone a \u00e9t\u00e9 mesur\u00e9 avant, entre les deux sessions et apr\u00e8s. Le taux de testost\u00e9rone s&rsquo;est \u00e9lev\u00e9 apr\u00e8s la premi\u00e8re s\u00e9rie d&rsquo;exercice, dans les deux cas, mais il est rest\u00e9 plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 lorsque l&rsquo;entrainement de force a \u00e9t\u00e9 fait apr\u00e8s les exercices cardio. Le taux de cortisol a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 influenc\u00e9 \u00e0 la baisse par cet ordre d&rsquo;exercice.<br>Ces changements de taux de testost\u00e9rone ont \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9s \u00e0 court terme, donc on ne sait pas quelle est leur influence sur les gains de force.
