Comment tenir la distance sans craquer?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Ne jamais craquer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que j&rsquo;aie atteint mon objectif<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous avez planifi\u00e9 votre <strong><a href=\"\/conseils\/programme-alimentaire-perte-poids-femme\/\">r\u00e9\u00e9quilibrage alimentaire<\/a><\/strong> scrupuleusement et raisonnablement. Vous vous pr\u00e9parez \u00e0 8 semaines de \u00ab r\u00e9gime \u00bb bien d\u00e9cid\u00e9(e) \u00e0 ne pas craquer une seule fois ! Ce sera non seulement tr\u00e8s long et difficile \u00e0 tenir nerveusement, mais surtout inutile !<br>En effet au bout de 2 \u00e0 3 semaines votre m\u00e9tabolisme s&rsquo;est adapt\u00e9 et, pour parvenir \u00e0 saboter votre r\u00e9gime, il faudrait plusieurs jours d&rsquo;alimentation d\u00e9sordonn\u00e9e (car, bonne nouvelle : ce que vous mangerez sur une seule journ\u00e9e ne sera pas assimil\u00e9). Ce n&rsquo;est pas une raison pour tout rel\u00e2cher et perdre sa motivation mais si, \u00e0 ce stade, vous int\u00e9grez un \u00e0 deux repas plaisirs (sans compter les calories) par semaine. Cela vous permettra de rel\u00e2cher un peu la pression sans influencer votre perte de poids et ainsi de mieux tenir la distance. Un bon repas le dimanche et vous serez s\u00fbr(e) de tenir vos 8 semaines de r\u00e9\u00e9quilibrage alimentaire.
