Ne perdez pas du poids dans le but de ressembler \u00e0 tout prix \u00e0 quelqu&rsquo;un d&rsquo;autre ! Votre morphologie et celle de votre mod\u00e8le peuvent \u00eatre tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rentes et, \u00e0 l&rsquo;inverse, vous focaliser sur une image pr\u00e9cise peut \u00eatre contreproductif et source de d\u00e9ception. Cr\u00e9ez-vous plut\u00f4t une image de vous-m\u00eame satisfaisante, visualisez-vous \u00e0 un poids qui vous correspond. Si vous avez une photo de vous, m\u00eame ancienne, o\u00f9 vous aviez ce poids id\u00e9al, prenez-la comme r\u00e9f\u00e9rence. Si vous avez beaucoup de poids \u00e0 perdre, fixez-vous des objectifs interm\u00e9diaires que vous pourrez atteindre en quelques semaines. Vous fixer des objectifs interm\u00e9diaires vous permettra de conserver une motivation intacte, d&rsquo;\u00eatre satisfait de vos progr\u00e8s et surtout de pouvoir en avoir conscience.
