Mais bien souvent on n&rsquo;a pas le temps de se pr\u00e9parer quelque chose de sain le matin et on finit par ne manger qu&rsquo;un croissant ou n&rsquo;avaler qu&rsquo;un caf\u00e9. Heureusement qu&rsquo;il y a des solutions !<br>Voici un petit d\u00e9jeuner id\u00e9al pour ceux qui n&rsquo;ont pas de temps le matin pour cuisiner car tout se pr\u00e9pare la veille au soir et le matin il ne reste plus qu&rsquo;\u00e0 sortir son bol du frigo, et \u00e9ventuellement le garnir avec quelques morceaux de fruits et noix et d\u00e9guster !<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les ingr\u00e9dients du Birsher muesli ou overnight oats<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em><strong>Pour une personne, \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer la veille<\/strong><\/em><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un pot m\u00e9langer :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>125 ml de yaourt nature ou fromage blanc<\/li><li>125 ml de lait<\/li><li>100 \u00e0 150 ml de flocons d&rsquo;avoine<\/li><li>30 ml de jus de pomme<\/li><li>Un peu de jus de citron<\/li><li>Une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de miel<\/li><li>Une demi-pomme rap\u00e9e<\/li><li>Quelques raisins secs<\/li><li>Une \u00e0 deux cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de graines de chia* (optionnel)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le matin<\/strong> : Sortir votre pot du frigo. Ajouter quelques noix, noisettes et fruits coup\u00e9s en morceaux.<br>D\u00e9gustez !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Astuces et alternatives<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Vous pouvez faire plusieurs variations de cette recette. Seule votre imagination vous donne des limites. Quelques id\u00e9es :<\/li><li>A la place de la pomme et du citron vous pouvez par exemple assaisonner avec<\/li><li><a href=\"\/4-proteines\"><strong>De la poudre de prot\u00e9ine<\/strong> <\/a>gout vanille (pour un taux de prot\u00e9ine plus \u00e9lev\u00e9)<\/li><li>Du cacao et le servir avec des morceaux de banane pour un petit d\u00e9jeuner plus consistant<\/li><li><strong><a href=\"\/conseils\/beurre-cacahuete\/\">Du beurre de cacahu\u00e8tes<\/a><\/strong> et banane pour ajouter des glucides et des bons lipides en prise de masse<\/li><li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitadium.com\/1328-oat-n-whey-1380-scitec.html\">Des flocons d&rsquo;avoine (d\u00e9j\u00e0 enrichi avec de la whey)<\/a><\/strong><\/li><li>Utiliser du lait du soja\/amande\/coco \u00e0 la place du yaourt et lait de vache (dans ce cas-l\u00e0, sans yaourt, il faut prendre la ration de 150 ml de flacons d&rsquo;avoine)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>* Les graines de chia sont un des aliments les plus riches en nutrition qui existe. Deux cuiller\u00e9es \u00e0 soupe de chia contiennent plus d&rsquo;Omega-3 qu&rsquo;un filet de saumon. En plus les graines de chia sont riches en prot\u00e9ines, glucides, antioxydants et fibres et, comme elles contiennent tous les acides amin\u00e9s essentiels, elles apportent un compl\u00e9ment de
