C&rsquo;est le cas par exemple des prot\u00e9ines : pour <a href=\"\/4-proteines\"><strong>couvrir les besoins nutritionnels en prot\u00e9ine<\/strong><\/a> &nbsp;lorsqu&rsquo;on pratique s\u00e9rieusement la musculation (de 2.5 \u00e0 4g\/kilo de poids de corps) il faudrait consommer une quantit\u00e9 impressionnante de viande, \u0153ufs et produits laitiers et donc de toxines.
