Il ne faut pas les diaboliser m\u00eame si on sait qu\u2019il ne faut pas en abuser. Voici une liste de 50 aliments les plus riches en graisses \u00e0 contr\u00f4ler dans votre alimentation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">Des graisses bien diff\u00e9rentes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les acides gras, quels qu&rsquo;ils soient&nbsp;: satur\u00e9s,&nbsp;mono-insatur\u00e9s&nbsp;ou&nbsp;polyinsatur\u00e9s, et surtout insatur\u00e9s trans,&nbsp;doivent, si possible \u00eatre limit\u00e9s dans notre alimentation. Toutes les graisses sont riches en <a href=\"\/conseils\/matieres-grasses-huiles\/\"><strong>lipides<\/strong><\/a>, mais certaines ont des aspects b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques alors que d\u2019autres pas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce qu\u2019on sait aujourd\u2019hui, c\u2019est que nos recettes traditionnelles \u00e0 base de beurre ou d\u2019huile sont moins n\u00e9fastes que la margarine et que certains plats pr\u00e9par\u00e9s industriellement, riches en acides gras trans. C\u2019est pourquoi la France s\u2019en sort bien mieux que l\u2019Am\u00e9rique au plan des maladies cardio-vasculaires.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">Le r\u00f4le des graisses est multiple<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pour l\u2019\u00e9nergie<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les lipides apportent beaucoup d\u2019\u00e9nergie (1g = 9 Kcal), il sont utilis\u00e9s comme carburant lors de l\u2019<a href=\"\/conseils\/entrainement\/programme-musculation-fitness\/\"><strong>activit\u00e9 physique<\/strong><\/a>, mais aussi pour r\u00e9guler notre temp\u00e9rature et r\u00e9sister au froid\u2026 Si on en consomme trop, on les stocke sous forme de graisses de r\u00e9serve ( triglyc\u00e9rides) qui peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es plus tard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pour la structure des cellules<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ils sont des constituants majeurs des membranes de nos cellules, notamment celles de notre cerveau, thymus, r\u00e9tine&#8230; Ils assurent le bon fonctionnement des neurones et &nbsp;organes auxquels elles appartiennent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pour la transmission de messages hormonaux<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le cholest\u00e9rol est un constituant des membranes cellulaires mais aussi intervient dans la production des hormones sexuelles (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitadium.com\/62-anabolisants-naturels\"><strong>testost\u00e9rone<\/strong><\/a>, progest\u00e9rone, estradiol), de la bile ou encore du cortisol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il arrive parfois que les acides gras servent de messager entre les organes et les hormones comme les prostaglandines, ou permettent l\u2019assimilation de certains autres nutriments, notamment des <a href=\"\/439-vitamines-mineraux\"><strong>vitamines<\/strong><\/a> A,D,E,K qu\u2019on dit liposolubles (solubles dans les graisses).<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">Nos besoins r\u00e9els en graisses<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Notre corps est capable de fabriquer des acides gras \u00e0 la demande, \u00e0 partir du glucose, sauf les om\u00e9ga-6 et les om\u00e9ga-3, qu\u2019on qualifie d\u2019acides gras indispensables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les <a href=\"\/conseils\/nutrition\/tables-alimentaires\/\"><strong>sources alimentaires<\/strong><\/a> sont principalement le beurre, les huiles, les fruits ol\u00e9agineux, les viandes, le lait, les fromages ou les \u0153ufs.
