Prendre de la masse s\u00e8che&nbsp;? impossible&nbsp;? c&rsquo;est incompatible ? C\u2019est quoi au juste la masse s\u00e8che ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bien r\u00e9partir ses macros<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour <strong>prendre de la masse,<\/strong> on part g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement sur un certain nombre de calories <strong><a href=\"\/conseils\/nutrition\/tables-alimentaires\/\">r\u00e9parties entre les glucides, lipides, protides<\/a><\/strong>, comme indiqu\u00e9 dans les <strong>programmes Fitadium<\/strong>. Mais pour prendre de la masse s\u00e8che, &nbsp;et surtout \u00e9viter une prise de poids trop importante, le truc que je vous conseille, c\u2019est de faire un break toutes les 3 semaines. Il faut effectuer une baisse de 50% de calories, en r\u00e9duisant surtout la part de glucides*, pour esp\u00e9rer <a href=\"\/56-bruleurs-de-graisse\"><strong>diminuer sa masse grasse<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pourquoi&nbsp;?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce Break d\u2019une semaine permettra \u00e0 l\u2019organisme de ne pas surstocker les calories, puisqu\u2019il est tr\u00e8s difficile, voire impossible, d\u2019assimiler enti\u00e8rement 4500 kCal\/ jour. Ce qui r\u00e9pr\u00e9sente seulement 375 g de glucides, environ 188g de prot\u00e9ines, 28g de lipides.
