Eh bien, il n&rsquo;y en a pas! C&rsquo;est la combinaison du squat et de l&rsquo;apport d&rsquo;une <strong><a href=\"\/conseils\/programme-alimentation-prise-masse\/\">bonne quantit\u00e9 de calories<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;(pour donner de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie au muscle) qui marche. Cette \u00e9nergie vous donnera la force de vous entra\u00eener, et celle-ci c&rsquo;est la clef du volume.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Le squat<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne partez pas en courant, mais le mouvement \u00ab king \u00bb des cuisses c&rsquo;est bel et bien le squat. Certes ce n&rsquo;est pas un mouvement pour les fain\u00e9ants, car il demande \u00e9norm\u00e9ment d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab Pas de bras, pas de chocolat \u00bb. Eh bien, pourrait-on dire \u00ab\u00a0pas de squat, pas de jambes\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce mouvement sollicite \u00e9norm\u00e9ment les jambes. Mais il travaille aussi, l&rsquo;ensemble du corps&nbsp;et permet de d\u00e9velopper la cage thoracique tout en faisant&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"\/conseils\/entrainement\/exercices-musculation\/fessiers\/\">des fesses de r\u00eave<\/a>.<\/strong><br>Pour en profiter au max, il faut bien ma\u00eetriser le mouvement. Aussi, il est conseill\u00e9 de d\u00e9buter sur un cadre guide ou de vous faire assister par un partenaire. Utilisez une barre l\u00e9g\u00e8re au d\u00e9but afin de bien sentir l&rsquo;exercice. Et seulement lorsque vous vous sentez \u00e0 l&rsquo;aise dans l&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution du mouvement, chargez en poids.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>4 s\u00e9ries de 8 r\u00e9p\u00e9titions (en dessous de 8, c&rsquo;est trop lourd, au dessus c&rsquo;est trop l\u00e9ger.)<\/li><li>3 s\u00e9ries de 8 reps \u00e0 la presse.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3>Le soulev\u00e9 de terre<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Et pour l&rsquo;arri\u00e8re des cuisses, rien de mieux que le soulev\u00e9 de terre jambes tendues. Ce mouvement de base est l&rsquo;id\u00e9al pour les ischios, mais il vous fera aussi des abdos, un dos, des lombaires et des avant-bras en b\u00e9ton.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>4 s\u00e9ries de 8 reps.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous \u00eates toujours l\u00e0 ?
