Payplug: ultra-secure payment with Smart 3D Secure encryption

To ensure the security of your payments, we use "Payplug", the new-generation 100% secure online credit card payment solution approved by the Banque de France.

How Payplug works

1) With this system, your card payment is made directly on Payplug's secure server on our behalf.
You'll notice the little "padlock" symbol, which certifies that the transaction is totally secure.

2) Your card numbers will never be communicated to us.

3) Exchanges are encrypted and secured thanks to the Smart 3D Secure process, a fully secure Internet payment protocol, in accordance with the authentication standards in force for each bank.

Your purchases are therefore totally protected.

Fitadium Secure Control

In addition to the measures put in place by the banks, Fitadium has set up its own payment control system.
In order to establish the conformity of an order, Customer Services may ask you for supporting documents in order to validate your order. This is for the sole purpose of protecting you as much as possible and ensuring that a third party does not usurp your identity and/or means of payment.
