These are loyalty points that you accumulate when you make purchases on the Fitadium site. Each item is worth a certain number of fitiz, determined in advance and indicated on the product sheet.

The number of fitiz is clearly indicated in the top right-hand corner of each product sheet. For example, a Redburn Hardcore fat burner earns you 135 fitiz.

Fitiz are accumulated and credited to your customer account to give you discounts on your order. FITIZ are credited 14 days after the validation of each order.

Simply log in to your customer account and access the "My Rewards" menu. A summary table shows all the fitiz you've earned through your orders. To convert your fitiz into a voucher, you need to reach a minimum of 1,000 fitiz, or €10 in vouchers. To convert them, click on the "Convert my fitiz into X€ discount vouchers" button. The voucher is generated automatically and displayed in "My coupons" along with a discount code. To benefit from the discount, you'll need to copy/paste this code into your basket, in the "Discount code" area. Please note: once the coupon has been generated, you have 30 days to use it!
