These are loyalty points that you earn when you shop at Fitadium. Each item is worth a certain number of points, determined in advance and indicated on the product sheet.

The number of points is clearly indicated in the top right-hand corner of each product sheet. For example, a Redburn Hardcore fat burner earns you 135 points.

Fitiz are accumulated and credited to your customer account to give you discounts on your order. FITIZ are credited 14 days after the validation of each order.

Simply log in to your customer account, then access the "My Rewards" menu. A summary table shows all the points you've earned through your orders. To convert your Fitiz points into a discount voucher, you need to reach a minimum of 1,000 points, or €10 in vouchers. To convert them, click on the "Convert my points into an X€ voucher" button. The voucher is generated automatically and displayed in "My coupons" along with a discount code. To benefit from the discount, you'll need to copy/paste this code into your basket, in the "Discount code" area. Please note: once the coupon has been generated, you have 30 days to use it!
