DPD Pickup 24H-48H* (in French)

Delivery in mainland France (excluding Corsica) to one of 10,000 local stores* in 24-48 hours

Have your order delivered to one of the 10,000 local shops available throughout France. You're free to choose the store that suits you best: close to home or close to work, and to collect your parcel 7/7 days a week (depending on the opening days and times of the chosen relay point**).

As soon as your parcel is delivered to your chosen DPD relais location, you'll be automatically notified by email or SMS. If you can't pick it up the same day, don't worry, your parcel is still available for 9 days (including weekends and public holidays)

DPD relais guarantees quality delivery with :

  • Delivery anywhere in mainland France within 24/48 H (average delivery time, no Sunday delivery)
  • A choice of over 10,000 carefully selected stores throughout mainland France (location, storage capacity, opening hours, etc.)
  • Detailed tracking of your parcel available 24/24H on www.dpd.fr
  • An alert (email then SMS) as soon as your parcel arrives in the DPD relay space
Delivery charges
  • 4.90€ for all orders under 80€ in metropolitan France. (excluding Corsica)
  • Free for purchases over €80 in mainland France. (excluding Corsica)
Please note that DPD does not deliver on Sundays. Orders placed after 4pm on Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday.

DPD PREDICT 24H-48H*

Delivery in Metropolitan France (excluding Corsica) PREDICT in 24/48H average delivery time. Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday.

With Predict DPD, choose the interactive, worry-free appointment delivery solution !
Choose directly by SMS the day and time slot (average time calculated on the basis of deliveries made in your area) that suits you best from a list of choices proposed by DPD.

When ordering on the site, to benefit from the Predict service, enter your cell phone number in the field provided.
Once your order has been dispatched, DPD will send you an SMS with delivery dates and times (mainly mornings)
You answer (before 11pm) "1" or "2" by SMS according to your availability or go to www.destinataires.dpd.fr or call 09 70 80 85 66 (toll-free) for more choice.

IMPORTANT: the reply to the SMS will not be validated if you add an additional note (e.g.: leave to janitor, no doorbell)

If you don't reply to the SMS, the delivery driver will automatically show up at the time slot selected by SMS N°1.
On the day of your scheduled delivery, you'll receive an SMS reminding you of the delivery time slot !

Make sure you're present at the delivery, as delivery drivers don't leave parcels in letterboxes (delivered against signature).

If you are absent, a delivery notice will be left in your letterbox or the parcel will be dropped off at the nearest relay point.

CHRONOPOST Pickup 24H

For all orders placed on the site before 4pm, delivery takes place the next day in a Point Relais® or Pickup® station near you (working day) anywhere in France (excluding Corsica).
The morning of delivery: Chronopost® sends you an SMS or e-mail to inform you of the pick-up location and availability of your parcel.
You can collect your parcel directly from the indicated Point Relais® or Pickup® station. Pick-up times are as follows:

  • 9 days Pickup delivery
  • 3 days in Pickup station (consignee)

If you do not collect your parcel within this period, it will be returned to sender.

7.90€ for all orders regardless of value in Metropolitan France.

CHRONOPOST DOMICILE 24H

For all orders placed on the site before 4pm, delivery takes place the next morning before 1pm (working day) anywhere in France (excluding Corsica)

All deliveries are made by hand against signature from Monday to Saturday.

The morning of delivery: Chronopost® sends you a text message or e-mail to let you know when the delivery driver will arrive.
If you can't be there: you must go to the website before midnight to request delivery to one of the Points Relais® or post offices in your area, or to postpone delivery by up to 7 days. If you're not at home, the parcel will be dropped off at your nearest Point Relais®. A text message will be sent to you as soon as you can collect your parcel, and it will be available there for :

  • 14 days in post offices and Chronopost agencies
  • 9 days Pickup delivery
  • 3 days in a Pickup station.

Delivery in Belgium

As soon as your parcel is delivered to your chosen DPD relais location, you'll be automatically notified by email or SMS. If you can't pick it up the same day, don't worry, your parcel is still available for 9 days (including weekends and public holidays)

  • Delivery throughout Belgium within 48 hours (average delivery time, no Sunday deliveries)

International delivery

COLISSIMO INTERNATIONAL

For deliveries outside the above-mentioned countries, we use the Colissimo Internatiolnal offer, which enables you to have your order delivered to any country served by La Poste. The usual delivery time is 48-72 hours for neighbouring countries, and usually 5 to 8 working days for French overseas departments and territories, and non-neighbouring countries (except in cases of force majeure: weather conditions, strikes, etc.).
