Protein Pudding (400 g) from Scitec Nutrition transforms your break into a real cream dessert, with a creamy texture, a gourmet taste and a formula designed to supplement your protein intake.
Unlike a classic pudding, which is often high in sugar and calories, this preparation relies on a duo of dairy proteins: whey and casein.
- These two sources complement each other well in a sports routine, with a high protein intake helping to maintain and develop muscle mass.
Each 40 g dose provides around 29 g of protein for just 150 kcal, making it a great option as a snack, dessert or evening snack when you want something more indulgent than a classic shaker.
Its formula is also free from added sugars, gluten and palm oil - a real plus if you want to indulge yourself while keeping control of your intake.
Easy to prepare, simply mix the powder with water, leave to thicken and chill for a ready-to-eat protein cream dessert. A good alternative to classic desserts if you want to vary your snacks without losing sight of your goals.
