During intense effort or endurance training, you naturally lose water and electrolytes, which are evacuated through perspiration.
For optimum hydration before and during training, using Isoactive, an isotonic exercise drink, is particularly effective in improving water absorption and replenishing the body with electrolytes essential for normal body and muscle functions.
Isoactive provides sodium, chloride, potassium, magnesium and calcium to compensate for electrolyte losses due to perspiration.
This powdered drink for dilution also contains 2 sources of C2MAX carbohydrates, a scientifically-developed blend containing 2:1 portions of glucose and fructose.
Preservative-free and enriched with natural fruit flavors, Isoactive is ideal for filling up on carbohydrates before an endurance effort, or recharging batteries along the way for a quick energy boost.

Net weight : 600 gDissolve 33 g (approx. 3 tablespoons) in 500 ml water. Consume before or during exercise.
For activities lasting over 60 minutes, drink 200 ml to 300 ml before exercise, then 150 to 200 ml every 15 minutes during exercise.
As a reminder, depending on the duration and intensity of exercise, you can consume up to 90g of carbohydrates per hour.
