Arginine is an amino acid produced by the body, and is therefore considered non-essential. However, very intense exercise requires a higher intake of arginine, and the body is not always able to synthesize sufficient quantities.
Consuming arginine-based dietary supplements can therefore prove beneficial in certain cases. L-arginine is particularly appreciated for its contribution to the production of nitric oxide, also known as nitrogen monoxide or NO (nitric oxide).
BioTech USA L-arginine (300 g) contains 3g of pure L-arginine per daily dose. It is often consumed by body-builders and endurance athletes to boost performance and power.
L-arginine contains no sugar, fat, additives or colorants, and comes in a neutral flavour so you can make your own mixes or combine it with the drink of your choice.
Net weight : 300 gTake 1 dose of 2g (1/2 scoop = 1/2 tablespoon) diluted in 400ml of water or other beverage, 30 minutes before training and one before bedtime. Take up to 2 doses a day, i.e. 4g.
