It's an interesting formula, with a high protein content (21g) and just 1.3g of carbohydrates. Protein is essential for building and maintaining muscle mass. What's more, it contains 4.3 g of BCAA (Brainched Chain Amino Acid) per dose, which will help you to recover better and play an important role in your muscle volume.
