Biotech Micellar Casein (2.27 kg ) with sweetener is an excellent source of 73% concentrated protein for all purposes. It helps maintain healthy bones and muscles and contributes to the development of muscle mass.
As casein is a slow-digesting protein, it is particularly recommended in the evening at bedtime, or at any other time away from main meals, to prevent catabolism. It ensures a long-lasting supply of nutrients, particularly amino acids, with 22g of protein and around 4g of BCAAs per 30g dose. Those with a fast metabolism will particularly benefit from its progressive assimilation, which can take up to 8 hours.
Gluten-free, this formula can also be recommended to people suffering from intolerance. It contains very little sugar (1.5g per dose) and is formulated without aspartame or preservatives.
Available in vanilla, chocolate or strawberry flavors.
