Gold Standard Pre-Workout Energy Shot (60ml) is a pre-workout formula designed to boost your concentration, power and endurance, while giving you the energy you need to attack your next set and improve your performance.
It's the ready-to-drink, take-anywhere version of the famous Gold Standard Pre-Workout.
These convenient, take-anywhere shots feature 175mg of naturally-derived caffeine to boost your concentration and reduce fatigue. The formula contains 250mg of Performelon, a patented ingredient derived from watermelon containing L-Citrulline which increases blood flow and therefore oxygen to the muscles. It improves anaerobic and aerobic endurance and reduces muscular fatigue.
Beta-alanine (1.5g in this product), meanwhile, is a must-have in pre-workout formulas for its extraordinary capacity to buffer muscular acidity and thus delay muscular failure!
Vitamins B6 and B12 in this formula help support energy metabolism.
