- beta-alanine, an amino acid that helps supply our body with energy during exercise. It influences exercise capacity and particularly endurance performance.

- taurine, which reduces catabolism and increases muscle contraction strength. What's more, taurine acts on insulin receptors and is known to enhance recovery and performance. A powerful antioxidant, it supports the immune system.

- l-tyrosine, an amino acid involved in the synthesis of dopamine, which in turn stimulates GH synthesis.

- green tea leaf extract, which contains 80% polyphenols. Green tea increases alertness and has fat-burning properties.
