Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. Each daily dose of 2 capsules provides an optimal concentration of 1.9mg of pure melatonin.
Lemon balm, passionflower and California poppy facilitate relaxation and help reduce sleep disorders. 1 dose of Formule sommeil (90 caps) provides 200mg of lemon balm, 200mg of passionflower and 150mg of eschscholtzia (powder from the aerial parts of the California poppy).
Valerian and hops have a positive effect on anxiety and nervous fatigue. They relieve stress and promote a state of relaxation conducive to falling asleep. 1 dose of Formule sommeil (90 caps) contains 150mg valerian and 100mg hops.
