Olimp Sport Nutrition 's Glutamine Xplode Powder (500 g) is a powdered formula that combines micronized L-glutamine with other amino acids, vitamins, and selenium. 

Each 10-gram serving provides 5.5 grams of L-glutamine, 1.5 grams of L-leucine, and 250 mg of cystine. Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in the formula, while leucine rounds out the amino acid profile. The product also provides 7.9 g of protein per serving, with only 39 kcal, 0.5 g of carbohydrates, and 0.1 g of fat.
