Instant rice flour (2kg) from the brand Quamtrax is a rice flour (with sweetener).
This product is a real ally for athletes. This preparation contains very little fat (0.3 g per dose) and is an excellent source of energy thanks to its high carbohydrate content (22 g per dose). You'll also find protein (8.2 g per 100 g) to fuel your muscles.
