Instant rice flour (2kg) from the brand Quamtrax is a rice flour (with sweetener).
This product is a real ally for athletes. This preparation contains very little fat (0.3 g per dose) and is an excellent source of energy thanks to its high carbohydrate content (22 g per dose). You'll also find protein (8.2 g per 100 g) to fuel your muscles.
Instant rice flour (2kg) has many benefits. First and foremost, it's gluten-free and sugar-free, making it easier to digest than other flours.
Thanks to the high carbohydrate content of rice flour, cream of rice is an important source of energy for intense training and muscle building. It's an excellent fuel for your body and muscles.
It can be used in a variety of ways, for example in desserts and cakes, or to make rice creams to suit your taste!
