WEEK 4: Take 1x4 capsules of Oxydrine Xtreme close to a meal. Take 3 capsules of Redburn Ladies at breakfast and 2 capsules at lunchtime with a meal. Take 2 capsules of Carni Max 30 minutes before training or between meals on rest days.
The first week of this guide is an adaptation period during which your body will store the active ingredients. The following weeks will intensify the action of these natural active ingredients to promote the appearance of results. You may run out of certain supplements towards the end of your program. This will have no impact on your progress. Simply continue taking the others. Likewise, if you still have some left after the end of your program, you can finish them!
RENEWAL: This program can be renewed on a regular basis, in conjunction with a suitable diet, to continue losing as much body fat as possible. If the program is renewed immediately, without stopping, there's no need to start again in week 1 with the progressive adaptation dosages, and it's preferable to continue directly with the week 4 doses.
