This particularly effective formula contains 2 sources of fiber and chromium. These elements are known to facilitate weight loss, notably thanks to their natural appetite-suppressant properties.
As part of a low-calorie diet and regular physical activity, consumption of glucomannan (3000 mg) and inulin (4335 mg ) contributes to weight loss. Derived from the konjac tuber, glucomannan is a fiber that promotes satiety and helps reduce lipid and blood sugar levels. Inulin is a water-soluble fiber that promotes digestive health and helps maintain normal blood sugar levels.
In addition, chromium (20 µg per dose) also plays a role in maintaining normal blood sugar levels and contributes to the normal metabolism of macronutrients . It also helps minimize the sweet cravings that can occur during a weight-loss diet.
Glucomannan + chromium (225g) is a lactose-free, sugar-free and gluten-free dietary supplement.
