The complex contains vitamins A, B6, B12, D, E and K, plus minerals such as zinc, manganese, iron, copper and chromium. Specifically, BioTech USA has brought together 13 types of vitamins and 10 types of minerals.
This product has been created to offer a handful of vitamins and minerals in a single capsule.
Our bodies don't produce vitamins - apart from vitamin D - and we get most of our vitamins from a balanced diet. However, most everyday foods are often processed and lacking in nutrients. The lack of a single vitamin in our body can quickly disrupt its processes! That's why it's so important to take vitamin and mineral supplements.
Vitamin Complex vitamins and minerals act on several levels:
- skin, hair and nails, with vitamins A, zinc, biotin, iodine and riboflavin (vitamin B2)

- the immune system, with vitamins A and C, selenium, zinc, copper and iron
