Hyaluronic acid and collagen are two substances regularly associated in the beauty industry. Hyaluronic acid helps moisturize and protect the skin. Collagen helps care for your joints. It has been used for thousands of years in Chinese medicine to treat joint pain. It is naturally present in our bodies, particularly in our joints. It is responsible for tissue cohesion, elasticity and regeneration.
As an athlete, it's very important to take care of your joints. Your joints are subjected to a great deal of effort, so supplementing with collagen is all the more important. This product is composed of 2 sources of collagen from hydrolyzed cartilage containing type II collagen with a patented ChondrActiv®formula. Its hydrolyzed form is more rapidly assimilated by the body.
In one serving, you get :
- 1,500 mg hydrolyzed collagen
- 130 mg hyaluronic acid
You'll also find 160 mg of vitamin C, which helps maintain normal immune system function during and after intense physical exercise. Vitamin C helps support the normal formation of collagen for bone and joint function. You'll also find 800 µg of vitamin A, which contributes to normal skin.
Hyaluronic & Collagen contains L-lysine and L-Proline amino acids. These acids help build collagen!
