Massive Mega Dose is a well-balanced weight gainer with a mix of protein and carbohydrates, designed to easily increase your calorie intake while you’re bulking. It was specially developed to help you gain weight by easily increasing your daily calorie intake. It contains 1,203 kcal per daily serving depending on the flavor (3 servings of 100g), including 51 g of protein. Its formula includes whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate, and whey protein hydrolysate. This combination provides proteins with different rates of absorption.
This formula is rich in amino acids, including leucine, isoleucine, and valine. These are known as essential amino acids because the body cannot produce them on its own. Each daily serving contains 21 g of BCAAs. BCAAs are believed to be effective in improving recovery.
Unlike most weight gainers, this one is very low in sugar. Each 300-gram serving contains1.05 g of sugar and 0 g of saturated fat. When bulking up, it’s important to pay attention to this to limit fat gain. By choosing low-sugar products, you’ll limit your fat intake. You’ll also get 240 g of carbohydrates.
