One Raw Glutamine (400 g)

One Raw Glutamine (400g) is a glutamine product manufactured by the brand Zoomad Labs.

Glutamine is a nonessential amino acid that plays a very important role in muscle function; it is the most abundant amino acid found in muscles. This amino acid helps build the proteins found in the intestinal lining, muscles, and immune cells. It accounts for approximately 61% of skeletal muscle.

Glutamine supplementation offers many benefits for athletes. During very intense exercise, the body can use substantial amounts of glutamine. Taking glutamine as a supplement may help reduce muscle breakdown and support recovery. In particular, it aids in muscle growth thanks to its anabolic and anti-catabolic properties.

With 5 g of glutamine per serving, when taken at bedtime, its anabolic effect may contribute to a natural increase in growth hormone levels and promote muscle growth.

Zoomad Labs We have created Kyowa® Glutamine, a premium-quality, certified glutamine.

One Raw Glutamine is available in two flavors: Unflavored and Cherry.
