Scitec Nutrition 's famous Jumbo is also available in a smaller 1.32 kg format.
Jumbo helps sportsmen and women bulk up by providing extra calories with ease. At around 884 kcal per serving, it's ideal for people who can't reach their daily calorie quotas to gain sufficient weight and/or muscle mass. It is also ideal for ectomorphs who need a very high daily calorie quota.
This gainer favors a multi-source carbohydrate complex: with palatinose, oats, corn starch, dextrose, maltodextrin and fructose. With 135 g of carbohydrates, they help maintain a constant blood sugar level to optimize the anabolic properties of insulin. The combination of these carbohydrates enables a slow release of the carbohydrates to benefit from a gradual release of each nutrient.
Jumbo is also enriched with protein, making it a very complete formula. It contains a single protein source, with 53 g of protein, in the form of cold-filtered ulta whey concentrate. This protein is highly appreciated in the world of bodybuilding, helping to maintain and increase muscle mass. Scitec Nutrition has supplemented its formula with an amino acid complex, including 1 g of BCAA 2:1:1, as well as 946 mg of L-glutamine, 75 mg of L-Lysine, and 11 mg of L-Alanine.
The formula is enriched with creatine monohydrate, with 3 g of creatine per serving. Jumbo helps boost physical performance during short, intense workouts. It also contains minerals to complete the formula, including zinc, which contributes to normal protein synthesis, magnesium, which is involved in the normal metabolic processes of energy production, and chromium, which contributes to the normal metabolism of macronutrients. And also over 3 g of powdered superfoods such as: 1760 mg quinoa powder, 1210 mg goji berry powder and 500 mg acai berry powder, which have super beneficial effects on the body.
