Rice cream is a gluten-free alternative, made from native rice flour, and offers many benefits! Naturally gluten-free, it is ideal for people with gluten sensitivity or intolerance. What's more, cream of rice is easy to digest, promoting good digestive tolerance.
Rich in energy, with a carbohydrate content of up to 23 g depending on the flavor, it is an excellent source of complex carbohydrates, ideal as a pre-workout energy boost or snack.
