This collagen mix includes type 1 collagen and collagen hydrolysate (collagen peptides type 1, 2 and 3). Type 1 collagen is the most predominant in the human body, found in skin, tendons, bones and teeth, where it contributes to the strength and flexibility of connective tissues. Type 2 collagen, found in cartilage, provides support and elasticity to joints, essential for maintaining their health and functionality. Type 3 collagen, less present but just as important, contributes to the structure and elasticity of connective tissues in the skin, blood vessels and internal organs.

These collagen proteins, types 1, 2 and 3, are naturally present in tendons and ligaments, ensuring their structure and elasticity.
