Virilis (120 capsules)

Virilis (120 tablets) by Yam Nutrition is a dietary supplement combining plant extracts, zinc, magnesium, and vitamins B6 and D3, formulated to complement a man’s daily routine. Its formula includes nettle, saw palmetto, Ashwagandha KSM-66™, grape seed extract, magnesium bisglycinate, and zinc.

Each daily doseprovides 12.4 mg of zinc, which is 124% of the NRV. Zinc helps maintain normal testosterone levels in the blood and also supports normal fertility and reproductive function. This zinc content is one of the key benefits of the Virilis formula.

The formula also contains 600 mg of magnesium bisglycinate, providing 120 mg of elemental magnesium. Magnesium helps reduce fatigue, supports normal nervous system function, and contributes to normal muscle function.

It is combined with 2 mg of vitamin B6, which helps regulate hormonal activity. Virilis also stands out for its concentrated plant complex. One dose provides 1,200 mg of nettle extract, 600 mg of Ashwagandha KSM-66™, standardized to 5% withanolides, and 400 mg of saw palmetto extract standardized to 45% fatty acids.

The formula also includes 400 mg of grape seed extract, standardized for proanthocyanidins. Finally, Virilis provides 50 µg of vitamin D3, which is 1,000% of the NRVs.
