My Whey + Peptides (900 g) from MyMuscle combines whey concentrate, whey isolate and glutamine peptides in a protein-rich formula designed for athletes who want to support their daily muscle goals.
Each 30 g serving provides 22 g of protein, with a low sugar content. Protein contributes to the maintenance and development of muscle mass, making it easy to incorporate this whey after training, at breakfast or between meals.
Whey concentrate is a whey protein derived from milk, appreciated for its naturally rich amino acid profile. Whey isolate, a more filtered form of whey protein, enables the formula to beenriched with protein while retaining an interesting nutritional profile. Peptides are small protein fractions composed ofamino acids. The formula also includes bromelain and papain, two enzymes derived frompineapple and papaya respectively. They are added to the composition to complete the formula alongside whey proteins and glutamine peptides, without complicating the preparation.
This 900 g format is ideal if you want to set up a protein routine over several weeks without going straight to a very large jar. It allows for around 30 shakers, with simple preparation in a shaker in water or milk, depending on the desired texture.
