BOLERO® Isotonic (24x9g) isa powdered drink mix designed to support your workouts, sports activities, or active days.
Its individual-serving packets make it easy to prepare a large, flavored water bottle without having to carry a pre-mixed drink. Each 9-gram packet makes up to 1.5 L of drink.
The formula is sugar-free, fat-free, and protein-free, with just 4.5 kcal per packet. It contains sodium, potassium, and vitamin B1, among other nutrients. With its 24-serving pack, BOLERO® Isotonic is convenient to keep in your gym bag, in the car, or at the office.
The Isotonic Orange flavor offers a fresh, fruity taste, perfect for enjoying ice-cold before, during, or after a workout.
You can adjust the dosage to suit your preferences: use the entire packet for a large 1.5-liter water bottle, or half a packet in 750 ml of water to make preparing your workout drink easier.

Dissolve 1 9-gram packet in 1.5 L of cold water, then stir until completely dissolved. For a 750-ml water bottle, use about half a serving. You can prepare your drink before heading out to your workout and keep it chilled with a few ice cubes for a more refreshing taste. Drink it as you normally would—before, during, or after your workout. Make sure to reseal the packet tightly if you don’t use the entire serving.
