Each 30-g serving provides 22.41 g of protein and 120 kcal, with only 3.75 g of carbohydrates, 0.96 g of sugars, 1.74 g of fat, and 1.39 g of fiber. Protein helps maintain and build muscle mass, making it a great option after a workout, as a snack, or to easily boost your daily protein intake.
Whey Optimax Protein also stands out for its affordable and comprehensive formulation: a whey concentrate with multiple protein sources, a protein content exceeding 74%, and a formula low in sugars and saturated fats.
