Ashwagandha Professional (120 capsules) by Weider is a dietary supplement made withKSM-66® ashwagandha root extract, enriched with magnesium, vitamin C, and AstraGin®.

Its formula provides 600 mg of KSM-66® ashwagandha, combined with 80 mg of magnesium, 40 mg of vitamin C, and 25 mg of AstraGin®.

Ashwagandha, or Withania somnifera, is a plant traditionally used in Ayurveda. Weider has chosen the patented KSM-66® raw material, an extract derived from the root and standardized by its manufacturer to contain at least 5% withanolides.

However, the formula is not based solely on ashwagandha. It also contains 80 mg of magnesium, which contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, normal muscle function, normal energy metabolism, and the reduction of fatigue.
