Mega Mass 4000 (3 kg) by Weider is a powdered weight gainer rich in carbohydrates and protein, designed for athletes looking to easily increase their daily caloric intake as part of a muscle-building regimen. Its formula combines multiple sources of carbohydrates, a protein matrix, Creapure® creatine monohydrate, and a blend of vitamins and minerals.
Each 150-gram serving provides 542 kcal, with 99 grams of carbohydrates and 29 grams of protein based on the powder. This profile makes it easy to add a significant number of calories to your diet without having to greatly increase the portion sizes of your meals.
Protein helps build and maintain muscle mass, making this formula particularly well-suited for periods when your goal is to gain weight while following a regular strength-training routine. The carbohydrate base includes maltodextrin, wheat starch, oat flour, and potato starch. It thus provides the majority of the formula’s calories, with nearly 100 g of carbohydrates per shake.
For protein, Weider combines several complementary sources: milk protein isolate, whey protein concentrate, and egg albumin.
One serving provides 29 g of protein, which is a good amount to supplement your daily intake during a muscle-building phase. Another key feature of Mega Mass 4000 is its inclusion of Creapure® creatine monohydrate. One serving provides 3.4 g of creatine monohydrate, equivalent to 3 g of creatine.
At this dose, creatine improves physical performance during successive sets of short-duration, high-intensity exercises. The beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.
Each serving provides:

- 0.7 mg of vitamin B6,

Vitamins B1, B2, B6, niacin, and iron contribute to normal energy metabolism, while vitamin B6 helps reduce fatigue and zinc supports the normal functioning of the immune system.
