Its simple formula combines L-glutamine exclusively with AstraGin®, a patented complex of plant extracts. Each 5 g serving provides 4,965 mg of L-glutamine— nearly the entire recommended dose—as well as 35 mg of AstraGin®.
This gives you a particularly simple formula, free of complex amino acid blends or unnecessary secondary ingredients. L-glutamine is an amino acid naturally present in your body.
It is one of the most abundant amino acids in muscle tissue and is very commonly incorporated into athletes’ nutritional routines, particularly during periods of intense training. Weider rounds out the formula with 35 mg of AstraGin® per serving. This patented complex combines extracts of Panax notoginseng and Astragalus membranaceus.
