L-glutamine is the most abundant amino acid circulating in the blood.
In certain situations, L-glutamine can become conditionally essential, for example during intensive training, when the body is no longer able to meet its needs by synthesizing glutamine.
Consumption of L-glutamine not only promotes regeneration of muscle tissue during intense physical effort, but also increases endurance and facilitates the body's recovery. Consumption of L-Glutamine facilitates transit and helps stimulate growth hormone.
This conditionally essential amino acid can be supplied via protein intake, including in the form of a dietary supplement.
Packaging: 300 g - 50 doses
Take 1 to 2 doses a day (6g). Use mainly after training or in the morning on days off. To stimulate growth hormone secretion, take the dose from waking up to bedtime.
