IronShark Multivitamins (60 capsules) is a dietary supplement that combines a broad complex of vitamins and minerals, designed to help you easily meet your daily micronutrient needs with just one dose per day.
The formula contains 20 vitamins and minerals, including vitamins A, C, D, and E; all the major B vitamins; as well as iron, zinc, iodine, selenium, chromium, copper, manganese, and calcium. For example, each tablet provides 60 mg of vitamin C, 16 mg of vitamin B3, 15 mg of zinc, 14 mg of iron, 5 µg of vitamin D, and 150 µg of iodine.
Several micronutrients thus meet 100% of the Nutrient Reference Values ( NRVs ), while zinc reaches 150% of the NRVs. This profile helps support several essential bodily functions. Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B8, B12, and C contribute to normal energy metabolism, whilevitamins B2, B3, B5, B6, B9, B12, and C, as well as iron, help reduce fatigue.
The formula also supports the normal functioning of the immune system, thanks in particular to vitamins A, C, and D, zinc, iron, copper, and selenium. Zinc, selenium, and vitamins C and E also help protect cells against oxidative stress.
IronShark also provides 15 mg of zinc per tablet. Zinc plays a role in numerous functions, including the maintenance of normal skin, hair, and nails; the normal metabolism of macronutrients; and the normal functioning of the immune system.
The formula is rounded out by 14 mg of iron, which is 100% of the NRVs. Iron contributes, in particular, to the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin, the normal transport of oxygen in the body, and the reduction of fatigue.
Vitamin D, at a dose of 5 µg, supports normal muscle function and bone health, as well as the normal functioning of the immune system. Iodine, for its part , supports the normal functioning of the nervous system and the normal production of thyroid hormones.
