100% Whey Professional is the original protein powder from Scitec Nutrition. As its name suggests, all of its protein comes from whey, also known as milk serum. It is the liquid that separates from the curds when cheese is made. Once filtered and dried, this whey yields a powder that is very rich in protein: whey.

Whey comes in several forms, which differ based on their degree of filtration:
