BioTech USA’s Zenaya combines 7 plant extracts in a single formula, providing 600 mg of extracts per 2 capsules daily. These plants are drawn from the Indian Ayurvedic tradition as well as traditions from Asia and Siberia.
Ashwagandha KSM-66 at the heart of the formula
The main ingredient isashwagandha (Withania somnifera), a plant from the Ayurvedic tradition. Zenaya uses KSM-66®, an ashwagandha root extract sold under this brand name. A dose of 2 capsules provides 200 mg, including 10 mg of withanolides, the plant’s key active compounds.
Six other plants to round out the formula
- Eleutherococcus (Siberian ginseng): 100 mg
- Ginseng (Panax ginseng): 100 mg
- Rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea): 50 mg
- Holy basil or tulsi (Ocimum sanctum): 50 mg
- Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra): 50 mg
- Schisandra (Schisandra chinensis): 50 mg
Take 2 capsules daily with a large glass of water, preferably with a meal, which may aid absorption.
