What is shilajit?
Shilajit is a natural, resin-like substance. It seeps from certain mountain rocks, particularly in theHimalaya, and has long been used in the Indian Ayurvedic tradition. In its raw form, it is a dark, sticky resin that is difficult to measure accurately.
PrimaVie®: Purified and Standardized Shilajit
This supplement uses PrimaVie®, a purified and standardized shilajit. A dose of 2 capsules contains:
- 500 mg of PrimaVie® shilajit;
- including 278 mg of fulvic acids, or approximately 55%.
Fulvic acids are the key compounds in shilajit. Thanks to standardization, each capsule contains the same amount.
Net weight : 39 gTake 2 capsules daily with a large glass of water, ideally with a meal.
