Hydrolyzed fish collagen

Collagen makes up 84% of the powder. It is derived from fish and hydrolyzed—that is, broken down into small pieces called peptides. It therefore dissolves easily in water, without clumps or a thick texture.

Vitamin C, a partner for collagen
